RIGHT TO KNOW / OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS

 

Requests for public information under Pennsylvania's Right to Know Act may be submitted in person or by mail, facsimile or email to the Open Records Officer.  The Open Records Officer for the Redevelopment Authority of Montgomery County is John F. Nugent, 104 W. Main Street, Suite 2, Norristown, PA  19401.  Facsimile requests can be sent to 610-275-5145.  E-mail requests can be sent to jnugent@montcorda.org.

A Right-To-Know Request Form must be completed to obtain information from our office under the Right to Know Act.  The request must identify or describe the records sought with sufficient specificity to us to ascertain which records are being requested, and shall include the name and address to which our office should address its response.  For a copy of the form, click here.

The Redevelopment Authority can continue to informally provide documents upon oral requests, but the remedies provided to the requester in the Act only apply when the requester makes a formal request in writing.

Photocopying fees are .25 per page, and all other fees are set in accordance with the Fee Structure contained within the Act.
